Our Services

RICS Home Surveys

The Home Survey (level 1, 2 & 3) is a non-intrusive visual inspection, in which your surveyor will inspect visible areas in your property to report on the condition of a property and highlight any defects.

Party Wall Matters

As party wall surveyors we will prepare a document known as a “party wall award”. If necessary we will also liaise with the other party on our client's behalf to ensure the award is enacted.

Drone Surveys

A Drone Survey is a technical survey of a property with the use of a drone. The drone allows the surveyor to achieve a far higher standard of inspection of the roof structure, chimney, rainwater systems etc.
